On Wednesday and Thursday, January 12 and 13, 2011 the Milwaukee Journal
Sentinel will begin distribution of a new Total Market Coverage (TMC) vehicle,
ShopNOW to non-subscribers of the Sunday and Wednesday Milwaukee Journal
Sentinel. This list of frequently asked questions is intended to provide
guidance in response to any questions you may encounter.

Q. On what day will delivery take place?
A. All deliveries will be made during a two-day period, Wednesdays and Thursdays of each week. Deliveries are made by the US Postal Service.
Q. What do I do if I did not receive my ShopNOW delivery?
A. Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Customer Service will take care of all customer service concerns. They can be reached at 414-224-2222, 1-800-759-6397 or by email at custserv@journalsentinel.com. Or you may report your delivery concern online at www.jsonline.com/service.
Q. What’s new about ShopNOW?
A. In the past there were two individual products, Marketplace and Weekend Plus, these have been combined into one new product, ShopNOW for delivery to all non Sunday or Wednesday subscribers to the Journal Sentinel.
Q. What design changes will there be with ShopNOW?
A. The new ShopNOW features a selection of content created by the Journal Sentinel newsroom in addition to the information provided by our advertisers

A. ShopNOW is mailed to all non-subscribers of the Sunday and Wednesday Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Q. Why does the Journal Sentinel produce ShopNOW?
A. The Journal Sentinel provides the ShopNOW product as a service to our advertising partners that desire the opportunity to reach the entire greater Milwaukee Market with their advertising information. In combination with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, ShopNOW provides this Total Market Coverage (TMC).
